Who we are
Funeral Livestreamers (funerallivestream.co.uk) provides professional funeral livestreaming. The service is run by Jonathan. For any privacy question, email jonathan@funerallivestream.co.uk or call 07930 993420.
What information we collect
- The details you enter in our enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, the date and location of the service, the venue name, and anything you add in the message box.
- Anything you tell us by phone, WhatsApp or email when you ask about or book a livestream.
- Booking and payment details needed to invoice you and record your payment.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, check availability, agree a quote, arrange access with the venue or funeral director, provide the livestream and replay, and keep our business records. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell them.
Our legal bases are: taking steps at your request before a booking and carrying out the service you book; our legitimate interest in running our business and responding to enquiries; and our legal obligation to keep accounting records.
Who else handles your information
- Formspree processes enquiry form submissions on our behalf and passes them to us. It is a US-based service, so your details may be processed outside the UK.
- Our website host stores the website itself.
- WhatsApp handles messages you send us there, under its own privacy policy.
- YouTube carries our livestreams. People who watch a stream are subject to YouTube's own privacy policy.
- We share details with your funeral director or the venue only as needed to arrange access and the livestream.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. The example video is played through Vimeo and the page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so those providers may receive your IP address when the page loads. If we add analytics or advertising in future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to provide the service. We keep invoices and payment records for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
